Refund Policy

Refund & Return Policy for E trolleys NI

We want you to be happy with your gear. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items. Items must be received by our warehouse within 14 days of the return authorization.

2. Condition Requirements

To qualify for a full refund, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Clubs: Must be in original plastic "shrink-wrap" on the head and grip. No ball marks, scratches, or "sky marks" on the crown.

  • Apparel/Shoes: Must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Shoes must be in their original box (please do not use the shoe box as the shipping box).

  • Accessories/Balls: Must be in original, unopened packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-Built Clubs: Any club with custom shafts, grips, lofts, or lengths built to your specifications.

  • Personalized Items: Logo golf balls, engraved bag tags, or stamped wedges.

  • Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final.

  • Clearance/Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

4. "Used" or "Hit" Equipment

If you have used the equipment and wish to return it, it is considered Pre-Owned.

  • We may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or store credit minus a restocking fee (typically 20% to 50%) based on the condition of the item.

  • If a club shows significant wear, we reserve the right to refuse the return entirely.

5. Return Shipping

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

  • Customer Preference: For all other returns (e.g., "I don't like the feel," "Changed my mind"), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email EtrolleysNI@gmail.com with your Order Number and reason for return.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
