Terms and Conditions for E trolleys NI

1. Introduction

By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the service.

2. Products and Orders

• Accuracy: We strive for 100% accuracy in product descriptions (lofts, shafts, grip sizes). However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.

• Availability: All golf equipment is subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders if an item is out of stock.

• Custom Orders: Orders for custom-fitted clubs or personalized items (e.g., logo golf balls, stamped wedges) begin processing immediately. Once a custom order is submitted to the manufacturer, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing Errors: If a product (e.g., a $500 driver) is listed at an incorrect price (e.g., $50) due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

• Payment: We accept online payments. Ownership of the goods only passes to you once we receive full payment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Risk of Loss: All items are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Standard Items: Unused equipment in original packaging can be returned within 30 days.

• The "Hittable" Policy: Most golf clubs cannot be returned for a full refund once the plastic wrap is removed and the club has been Used. 

• Custom Goods: Under consumer law, custom-made goods are exempt from the standard right to cancel or return unless they are faulty.

6. Warranties

• Manufacturer Warranty: Most golf equipment is covered by a 1- or 2-year manufacturer warranty (e.g., Powakaddy or Mottocaddy). E trolleys NI will assist customers in facilitating warranty claims, but the final decision to repair or replace lies with the manufacturer.

7. Limitation of Liability

E trolleys NI shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom
